Linde has developed the LINX agent sales tool that will revolutionize the way our agents sell our products. LINX brings our agents to the digital area and is built with ease of use and user experience as top priorities. The new tool is fully operated by a mobile phone/handheld computer and also accessible on PC. The modern user interface talks with our SAP system in the background without any delays. This means that the agent can handle the full sales process while being next to the customer, and send the delivery note through SMS/WhatsApp/email directly to the customer’s phone. Limiting the need for printed documents and shipping which further lead to an environmentally friendly process.
Furthermore, the stock replenishment process has been fully built into the solution, moving away from fax, phone, email etc. creating a time efficient best practice process.
LINX will be fully rolled out by year end and at the same time retire the old system.
